Balchug Viewpoint is a multifunctional complex with variable number of storeys (4–6 storeys) including 116 residences of apartment format, office and administrative blocks and two-level underground parking. The complex forms a closed pentagon in plan and has archways into inner yard. Common area is 29,917 m2. The complex design is a result of successful interaction between internationally famous architect Hadi Teherani and BRT RUS bureau.

For the IHP of the multifunctional complex ADL Company has accomplished delivery of own-produced electrical equipment: Grantor control cabinet for controlling heating, ventilation and hot water supply pumps, and lead-in and distribution cabinet.
