Lyubertsy aeration station is a largest water treatment in Europe that accepts and treats industrial and domestic waste water from the Western, North-Western and Central Federal Districts and towns located in the parkland zone: Khimki, Dolgoprudny, Mytishi, Balashikha, Reutov, Zheleznodorozhny, Lyubertsy.
The station was commissioned in 1963 to replace Lyubertsy sewage fields. In 1965, its capacity was 1.2 million m3 per day and currently it is about 3 million m3 per day.
ADL supplied Grantor control cabinets for Lyubertsy aeration station. These control cabinets will allow regulating the capacity of each pumping unit with the use of Emotron FDU 2.0 frequency converters. The cabinets incorporate Grancontrol V570 controller ensuring visual control of all system parameters on-site via LCD display. In addition, the control cabinets supplied feature quick and intuitive access to changing parameters, constructing diagrams and reviewing the accidents log.
