Russkiy Island is located in the Peter the Great Gulf, Sea of Japan. Presently, large-scale development of summit facilities is in progress on the island after which it will become a large tourist and recreational zone.
ADL’s engineers supplied a Flamco (Holland) automated pressure maintenance unit for a mini-CHP at Primorskiy seaquarium located in the north-eastern part of the island.
This project is a unique one at least due to three reasons: firstly, it is the equipment complexity as the production control unit was developed by the engineers on a customized basis especially for this project and expansion vessels are of an unprecedented volume of 10,000 litres each. Secondly, it is the difficulty and complexity of transportation of the large-size equipment to the customer in Vladivostok. The logistics department arranged multi-modal delivery to the customer’s doors across Russia during which the consignment was transported by vehicles, trains and ferry boats being reloaded from one means of transport to another one. The total time of delivery was as little as 25 days. Thirdly, it is the importance of the complex itself that once again shows that we are not afraid of assuming the responsibility for solution of complex engineering tasks at facilities of the international level.
